Marque uma conversa para expor suas preocupações e, acima de tudo, ouvir a perspectiva do outro. Se mostrar aberto a buscar aprendizado e aperfeiçoamento é sempre um bom caminho na solução de um conflito, e pedir feedback honesto sobre seu trabalho constrói uma boa relação com seus pares. Essa atitude receptiva e adaptável pode transformar um conflito em uma oportunidade de crescimento mútuo.

Understand your boss's vision and priorities for the photography department or specific projects. Align your own goals with theirs to demonstrate you're on the same page. I try to see the situation from their perspective. And then bring that into the discussion. "I know that XYZ causes this for you, but it also does this for us" There are usually at least 2 sides to any issue. By recognizing their point of view you show that you understand that. And are willing to work through with them

I agree with this view. Showing interest in the goals of the boss and also going ways to support will help the relationship between both parties.

if we are going to make progress in our work we have to give our supporting actions like I have learned a new skill about a particular technology which will boost our credibility towards our goal

continuous feedback is important from the client to improve ourselves in our weak areas of work we have to be vigilant in choosing constructive feedback from our clients

Go solo. In any industry you want to express yourself and do what YOU believe is the right thing . If any established manager you consider not "up to it" is blocking you achieving this then move on. Do not waste life trying to change them. I did, with a manager so spineless we called him the amoeba, and spent years regretting not trusting myself more.
