SERVICE STEWARDESS REQUIRED ON A 100M+ MOTOR YACHT   Start date: ASAP Itinerary: Med-Based   We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Stewardess to join a 100m+ private motor yacht.   The ideal candidate will have a solid background in upscale gastronomy or the luxury hotel industry, combined with at least one year or a full season of experience working on yachts. This is not a junior position, and we are looking for individuals who are well-versed in the high standards of service expected in the yachting industry.   You will be responsible for delivering impeccable guest service, managing food and beverage service, and ensuring the interior of the yacht is maintained to the highest standards. A strong knowledge of fine dining, etiquette, and attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.   This is a 5-month on, 1-month off rotation, with 2 annual return flights.   Further details to be discussed at the interview stage.   Runs with a crew of 40 - 50. BOSUN NEEDED FOR A 60m PRIVATE SAIL YACHT Schedule: Med - Pacific Start Date: ASAP   We are looking for an experienced Bosun for a 60-meter private sailing yacht, set to spend the upcoming season in the Mediterranean before cruising to the Pacific Ocean. We are looking for someone with a sense of adventure who is eager to explore unique, off-the-beaten-path destinations.   The ideal candidate will possess strong sailing skills and be able to step into action and handle any sailing situation with confidence. We require someone who is not only proficient in the technical aspects of sailing but also has strong watersports skills, as they will be actively involved in a range of watersport activities onboard.   The successful candidate will have proven longevity and experience on large sailing yachts. Conducting regular inspections of systems to ensure optimal functioning and safety compliance. Assisting in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems as needed. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the engine room and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to. TEMPORARY LIVE-OUT STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR UHNW PROPERTY IN MAYFAIR Dates: 15th December - 4th January Salary: £200 gross per day (self-employed)  We are assisting an UHNW family with the recruitment of a professional, experienced, discreet and well-rounded Temporary Stewardess to work at their large, fully staffed household in Mayfair. The role is to start on the 15th of December through till the 4th of January 2025. Working alongside the existing housekeeping team and reporting to the team leader and the House Manager, our clients are searching for a stewardess with a team player mentality and a willingness to muck in where required. A positive attitude and an energetic approach are essential for this fast-paced role, as well as physical stamina, as it’s a large townhouse spread over 7 floors. You will be discreet, reliable and well-presented with brilliant housekeeping and service skills and an excellent eye for detail. Working collaboratively with other household staff, you will ensure that all the family’s needs are met, and duties will include general cleaning, assisting with linen changes, watering plants and ensuring the courtyard is kept clean and tidy as well as assisting one other stewardess with service either during breakfast or dinner times. (Full training will be given by a fully qualified Butler trainer) Working 6 days per week, you would be required to work 10 hours a day between the hours of 7am-11pm, depending on the schedule. It is extremely important to note that the ideal candidate would need to be available to work on Christmas day.
