The 67th CW Gunslingers shined in high-caliber fashion AGAIN during the 9th Annual SANS Service Cup! This event simulates real-world cyber threats and scenarios, providing cyber operators with hands-on experience in various domains of cybersecurity including reverse engineering, cloud exploitation, web exploitation, forensics, OSINT, and exploit development. Gunslingers competed against eleven teams from DoD service branches to include Navy, Army, Marines, Space Force, and Coast Guard. Gunslingers rose to the challenge and through teamwork and unmatched skills, the team finished in 1ST PLACE, bringing the Service Cup back to the wing and securing a spot at the 2025 SANS International Service Cup scheduled for July 2025. Congratulations to Capt. Joshua Cincotta for graduating Weapons School Class 24B, and being recognized as the Mission Award winner for the 32d Weapons Squadron. 🤠 For those unaware, graduating weapons school is a big milestone for Air Force officers across may AFSCs. Through intense, graduate-level training, Capt. Cincotta has honed the skills needed to integrate cyber capabilities into multi-domain operations. As a newly minted cyber warfare weapons instructor, Capt. Cincotta is now prepared to build, teach, and lead our Airmen to shape the future of our cyber operations and enable seamless integration of air, space, and cyber power across the globe. 💥 Light 'em Up 💥
