Dr. Shadae Harris is a National Engagement Expert, President & CEO of Groundwork Consulting, Assistant Professor and Special Assistant to the Dean of Education at Virginia State University. After serving as a principal in Springfield Public Schools in Massachusetts, she became the Chief Engagement Officer for Richmond Public Schools. Dr. Shadae earned both a master’s degree in Teaching and Learning and her doctorate in Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is passionate about consulting with organizations and schools to center the voices of families and communities in education.
