Help is coming in from all over for people recovering from Hurricane #Helene. Unfortunately, criminals and scammers have also entered the scene. A fake website is claiming that it's taking applications for the WNC Small Business Initiative. The only way to apply for this program is through the Appalachian Community Capital portal.
