Mapping the world with #Accessibility information, one place at a time.
About us
Access Earth is building the world’s largest database of accessibility information. This is being done through development of the crowdsourcing mobile application “Access Earth” and by leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence, AI, to review satellite data and online databases. These two business activities combine to expand the already comprehensive Access Earth platform. This platform integrates with customers systems to provide them with a public-facing plugin or an internal-facing analytics tool for a deeper understanding of this accessibility data. Access Earth has included the collection and distribution of COVID-19 social distancing information into the core product offerings. This has created unique opportunities in designated markets as they attempt to reopen safely and focus on increasing consumer confidence during the pandemic.

"I am thrilled to be delivering the keynote speech today at the European Women Payments Network (EWPN) Annual Conference! This year’s theme, ‘Make It Last,’ holds particular relevance as we focus on ensuring #Accessibility is not just an afterthought but a core pillar in the very foundations of fintech. At Access Earth, we believe that true inclusivity in fintech happens when accessibility is recognised as a catalyst for progress, not a checkbox. I’ll be discussing how the industry can develop solutions that promote long-term sustainability and equitable access for all users. It’s time to reframe accessibility as a driver of both innovation and equality within fintech. Looking forward to insightful discussions and connecting with others who share the vision of a more inclusive, accessible world. As a disabled driver, one of the most frustrating challenges I’ve faced is the uncertainty of finding an available parking space when I need it most. That’s what the SPACES Project looks to solve. Aimed at improving parking accessibility for Blue Badge holders across Ireland. This is possible thanks to Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, the European Space Agency - ESA, and our technical partners at Expleo Group. I’ve always felt uneasy confronting people misusing accessible spaces, whether it's delivery drivers or those using them as quick “pick-up” spots. This project aims to put in place a reliable system that ensures these spaces are used appropriately, without Blue Badge users needing to intervene. To make sure we’re building the best possible solution, we’re launching an anonymous survey to gather input from the wider community. This is your chance to help shape the future of accessible parking. Your participation matters. By sharing your experiences, you’ll help make parking more accessible for everyone. Please take a moment to complete the survey here: https://lnkd.in/efBZE7wd. Thank you for helping us make a difference! #SPACESProject #Accessibility #Survey #AccessEarth #EuropeanSpaceAgency #Ireland #Parking #DisabilityInclusion #A11Y
