Aclima is seeking community organizations to lead local engagement for the Statewide Mobile Monitoring Initiative, a project of the California Air Resources Board to conduct mobile air quality monitoring in 64 pollution-overburdened communities across the state. Who Can Apply: Community groups, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and local leaders. Funding: Up to $30,000 per community. Timeline: Applications reviewed starting February 5, 2025. Our work relies on leadership like we’ve seen from both the California legislature and from Governor Gavin Newsom who together model the adoption of innovative, private/public approaches to solving big problems.
