Excitement is in the air as I prepare to host another Sales Kickoff event! With over 24 years of experience in technology sales, I've attended, presented, and even emceed these events, but the thrill has never faded. More than just a celebration of our wins, SKOs provide an opportunity to learn from one another, sharpen our skills, and gear up for the challenges ahead. It's disheartening to hear that many revenue teams have cut or moved their SKOs to virtual platforms, or have simply turned them into QBRs.
