Happy Holidays! As we Aediseans count our blessings this holiday season, we are reminded of how grateful we are to our friends, clients, and collaborators. It is with our relationships that we are able to leave a #PositiveLastingImpact on our communities. We wish you joy and blessings during this holiday season and the year to come. We look forward to growing, collaborating and designing with you in 2025! As a show of appreciation and thanks, we have donated to Sacramento Food Bank and Second Harvest of Silicon Valley in the name of our clients, collaborators and friends. Happy holidays and cheers to a wonderful new year!

Our Aediseans proudly participated in a long-standing tradition of decorating a tree for Downtown San Jose’s Christmas in the Park. This year’s theme, “A Green Christmas,” resonated with us on so many levels and our ideas for sustainability, biophilic designs and earth friendly features were at the ready. While we tried to incorporate Cross Laminated Timber, solar panels and large windows into the design, we realized we should keep those ideas for our buildings, and thus our Oscar the Grouch tree was born! We hope you enjoy his festive collection of green and red garbage, his characteristic bushy eyebrows and his sassy personality. Like us, Oscar too has made a #PositiveLastingImpact on generations of children, and even made a cameo appearance in this abc 7 newscast. Now “SCRAM!” and go visit him at Cesar Chavez Park! https://lnkd.in/gSnBDaNH

Nestled in a small community in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Chicago Park Elementary School is over 100 years old. The once single room schoolhouse has grown into a TK-8 campus. Their newest edition, Aedis’ TK building, allows the school to now offer full-day TK opportunities for their community. Their TK classroom building features interior bathrooms, a prep sink and large windows that overlook the majestic surroundings and let in an abundance of natural light, all in an oversized room with beautiful flooring and tall ceilings. Our work with the District continues with a modernization project set to begin this month, and our #PositiveLastingImpact is evident in the smiling faces of students and staff.

Cabrillo College’s STEM lab renovation transformed an outdated third-floor lab into a dynamic, collaborative space designed for Biology, Biotech, Microbiology, Chemistry, and Physics. Our design team partnered closely with each department, aligning the lab’s functionality with their specific needs and ensuring all voices were included. Guided by a commitment to enhance the student experience, the result is a highly functional, multidisciplinary space where students and staff thrive. Now the lab of choice on the Watsonville Campus, it exemplifies the #PositiveLastingImpact our projects deliver to the communities we serve.
