It has been a big week for Aircall in APAC! Our Chief Sales Officer Fred Viet visited the Sydney office! Beyond catching up with partners and customers, he joined us at an AMA session hosted by Customer Success Director Kaitlin Stoddard. We covered everything from trends to delivering services and products that customers want, plus a few rapid-fire questions for fun! With #Agentforce World Tour Sydney also in full swing, it was a timely reminder that business success is built on innovation and relationships. Whether it’s customers, partners, or our own teams, real impact comes from connecting the right people with the right solutions at the right time. One key takeaway? Winning—whether in business or life—comes down to listening with intent, adapting fast, and executing with purpose. 🚀

🚀 We’re Hiring! Here’s what comes to mind: 1️⃣ Revenue-Driven Mindset 💰 Our CSMs are an integral part of the GTM organization—not just relationship managers but value creators. We’re looking for CSMs who understand customer impact and can apply a scientific approach to sales—prospecting, guiding expansion conversations, and closing deals. 2️⃣ Grit 💪 My favorite word! To me, grit means leading from any seat—taking ownership, improving processes, and having a bias toward action. The best CSMs aren’t afraid to do hard things, challenge themselves, and go the extra mile. (Also, if you haven’t already, check out Kleiner Perkins “Grit” podcast—it’s at the top of my feed right now!) 3️⃣ Customer-Centricity 🤝 It’s a buzzword, but truly understanding and advocating for customers is a skill. The best CSMs do both: they represent Aircall to the customer and the customer to Aircall. Hard to believe it’s only Wednesday night—what a ride these past few days in Berlin have been! Events are always intense, but this year, the energy, conversations, and connections felt next level. CCWberlin brought together leading technology providers and businesses looking to elevate their customer service. After countless back-to-back discussions, tired feet and backs (we're not getting younger), plenty of laughs, and a few beers, I couldn't be prouder of our amazing Aircall DACH team. You pulled it off - connecting with so many partners, customers and prospects! A personal highlight was our collaboration with Leafworks - Zendesk's DACH Partner of the year. At our CCW afterparty at Loreley Bar, we turned industry conversations into real connections over amazing cocktails. Can't wait to be back next year. Today, we took it a step further - joining our shared customer Tagesspiegel on stage. Hearing them say they found "the perfect solution in Aircall" - what a compliment! Lukas Ratschke made a great point that I want to emphasize - with so many new tools and developments - especially in AI -companies can no longer afford to spend months evaluating solutions. By the time you decide, the functionalities might already be outdated! My recommendation: take your demos and make a decision quickly. At Aircall, we offer free proof-of-concept phases, and Leafworks highlighted how fast onboarding usually is for the client. A big thank you to Marcus Kellman and Christian Ebel for the valuable insights at the Zendesk partner day. I left with plenty of ideas for our own partner program and its future updates. CCW may be over for me as I head back to Paris, but the conversations continue. Excited for what’s next!
