Strack, Inc. demonstrates excellence and performance. Well done!
On the Woodbury project for Fischer Homes, our team successfully completed a gravity sewer installation. This involved a 190 LF bore downhill into an existing manhole core at a .9% grade, working 18 feet deep. Special thanks to General Superintendent, Gene Hunter, Superintendent Jarrett Pike, and crew members Mike Hodge, Patrick Montgomery, Dillon Heard, James Garland, and David Wilkins for their hard work and dedication. We were proud to bring our trenchless tunneling and boring expertise to this project!

When Garney Construction and Aaron Enterprises, Inc. needed a solution to tackle challenging ground conditions under a busy roadway in Harrisonburg, VA, Akkerman delivered! Using our TBM 600 and mixed-face disc cutter head, crews successfully installed a 200-ft. section of 72-in. steel casing through lean clay, weathered rock, limestone, and dolomite—all while maintaining precise line and grade on a critical 1.02% downhill slope. Despite groundwater and full-face rock along the way, the tunnel was completed on time, allowing crews to head home for Christmas! A job well done—powered by precision and Akkerman equipment: https://bit.ly/4dKoVkd #TeamworkInAction #TrenchlessTechnology #TunnelSuccess #CriticalInfrastructure

Case Boring Corp. of Gasport, NY used an Akkerman GBM 240 for a guided auger boring run of 250-LF. of 24-in. ID casing on the Line 1570 Modernization project in Waynesburg, PA for Columbia Pipeline Group/Ni Source! Pipe was bored downhill at a 12-degree decline into an environmentally sensitive wetland to match up to an opencut excavation. This drive was one of the last critical crossings on this project that began in late April 2014 and was completed in October 2014! The crew members shown are superintendent Mike Campbell and an employee of the general contractor, Henkels & McCoy Pipeline! #TrenchlessTechnology #PipelineProjects #EnvironmentalSolutions #TrenchlessSuccess
