What we're reading: "Retailers confront trust issues as generative AI becomes commonplace" via CX Dive https://lnkd.in/g8azcNB8 GenAI can win over reluctant shoppers by offering personalization or help with finding deals. But consumers are skeptical about using GenAI while shopping. Alchemer's hot-take: As the author says, "Transparency is essential to earning consumer trust." Any usage of GenAI during the shopping experience should be presented in a transparent way to ease customer concerns. Disclosure of your GenAI experience is essential for building the trust necessary for consumers to adopt the technology.
