It’s a Valentine’s PAWty! Our Ripon team members are big supporters of the local animal shelter AND they love a good potluck. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, they combined their two loves and raised money for Green Lake Area Animal Shelter. Alliance Laundry Cares pitched in for a total of almost $700 to help animals in need. The team members also donated food, kitty litter, laundry detergent and other supplies. Way to spread the love Team Alliance!

Along with the rest of the world, the Alliance team is deeply saddened and concerned with the tragic loss of life and property caused by the California wildfires. As the area recovers, we are stepping up to help by doing what we do best… provide the world’s leading laundry equipment. Through Alliance Laundry Cares, we are gifting up to five Los Angeles County Fire Departments with our NFPA 1851-compliant Unimac machines with cycles for PPE gear. These machines help keep firefighters’ gear clean and ready for the next call. We are humbled by the bravery and dedication shown by these firefighters. Thank you. And thank you to our California team members who are working to make these donations possible.  

The Alliance team has a heart for learning and growing our next generation of talent. Our team member Andrew Day just delivered a bundle of scrap metal from our production facility to Ripon High School Technology Education Teacher, Jon Potratz. The students will use the scraps to train and practice their welding skills before moving on to bigger projects. Andrew is a Ripon graduate and is currently studying welding at an area technical college while working at Alliance. Thank you to all the Alliance team members who helped make this donation possible. You are creating fantastic opportunities for young people!

Yes, from time to time during our 115+ years history we dabbled with other appliances like the refrigerator you see here. But we always came back to our tried and true - laundry! Today, that's all we do and we are proud to say we are the world leader in commercial laundry equipment.

Alliance Laundry Systems values lifelong learning, and we are delighted to once again offer scholarships through the Alliance Laundry Cares program. Scholarships are available for colleges, universities, technical colleges, and trade schools. This is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to our team members and the communities where they live and work. Six scholarships are available for the children of US-based Alliance Laundry Systems employees who are graduating high school seniors or currently enrolled at a college or university, or trade or technical school. Children includes the natural child, adopted child or stepchild of a team member. Current employees, including interns and apprentices, who are graduating high school seniors are also eligible to apply. The available scholarships include: ·        Four (4), $2,500 scholarships for a college or university ·        Two (2) $1,500 scholarships for a trade or technical school ·        Applicants will find complete details and a scholarship application at the Fox River Scholarship Center. https://lnkd.in/g8xvT2FN ·        Applications are due February 12th. One (1), $1,500 scholarships is available for any graduating Manitowoc high school senior. Manitowoc, Wisconsin is home to a growing Alliance Laundry Systems’ manufacturing facility. This scholarship is established in recognition of the strong support the company has received from the Manitowoc community. Ripon, Wisconsin has been home to Alliance Laundry Systems’ largest manufacturing facility for more than 115 years. These scholarships are established in recognition of the support the company has received from the Ripon community. These scholarships are being administered through the Ripon Area Education Foundation. Students can receive application information through the Ripon High School Guidance Office. Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic performance, school and community involvement and a personal essay. Team members’ children who are Manitowoc or Ripon High School seniors are welcome to apply for each of the scholarships but are eligible to receive only one.

Did you happen to catch the 36th Annual Lakeshore Holiday parade in Manitowoc? The Alliance Laundry Systems float was named "Best of Parade!" Our team members spend weeks every year working on their holiday float. We appreciate their festive spirit!!

For the past several years, Alliance Laundry Cares has provided funding and advisors for the Ripon High School Robotics Team. The team stopped by our Ripon offices this morning to say thank you and demonstrate their competition robot. Throughout the season, the students build their problem-solving and teamwork skills as they gain engineering and robotics knowledge. Many of the team members plan to pursue careers in the engineering field and some are currently doing internships with Alliance. We’re so glad the students were able to visit and share their success! Here’s to a winning season in 2025!
