We conducted a study across hundreds of women athletes spanning various sports and levels of competition, asking them about their experience with family-building and their career. Their voices were clear — it’s time for change. An overwhelming 90% of women athletes surveyed believe that having children negatively impacts their ability to succeed in their athletic careers. Women athletes are often competing against outdated systems that don’t support career excellence and motherhood, and it’s time to level the playing field and build real solutions that empower these women to thrive. We encourage you to share this post to help amplify these voices. To read more of the data and get involved, visit leveltheplayingfield.co
