A big shoutout to Hart County Schools in Munfordville, KY! On Thursday 12/19, they announced receiving $793,078.71 in investment tax credits. This marks a historic achievement as the first project in Kentucky to get an IRS check for installing a ground source heat pump system at Memorial Elementary School!     This success was made possible through a guaranteed energy savings #PerformanceContract with CMTA, Inc., a Legence company. Our LA team recently completed two exciting projects in downtown Los Angeles, collaborating with HLW architectural design team on both Apollo Global Management and McKinsey & Company. Apollo Global Management's project involved a 40,000 square foot expansion across two floors at 2121 Rosecrans Avenue in DTLA. The space features an open-plan layout, meeting rooms, lounge areas, a wellness room, and various other amenities. McKinsey & Company moved into 22,000 square feet on the 69th and 70th floors of the US Bank Tower.
