Over the last 10 years, AOT supported the placement of 1,092 alumni into internships at companies like Accenture, Blackstone, JP Morgan Chase, NBCUniversal, EY, and more, resulting in $4.1 million in wages earned.

Employee service and volunteering are at the heart of NBCUniversal’s social impact initiatives. That’s why we’re shining a light on the unique experiences that teach our leaders to create an inclusive culture. SERVE is a development program that equips people with the knowledge to show up as inclusive leaders as well and serve on nonprofit boards with organizations that align with their interests and expertise.
