🎉 **Happy New Year from the Andromeda Community Initiative!** 🎉 As we step into 2025, we’re filled with hope and determination to continue making an impact in New York’s construction industry. Our mission remains steadfast: bridging the gap between companies in need of skilled workers and individuals seeking quality, family-sustaining careers. This past year, we’ve had the privilege of supporting countless individuals on their journey to meaningful employment while helping businesses build stronger, more resilient teams. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our partners, employers, and participants. Here’s to another year of collaboration, growth, and success! Together, we’ll continue to shape a brighter future for our community and the construction industry. Wishing you and your loved ones a year filled with health, happiness, and prosperity. Cheers to 2025! 🏗️✨ #NewYear2025 #AndromedaCommunityInitiative #ConstructionIndustry #WorkforceDevelopment #BuildingBridges

🌍💼 Building a Greener Future Together! 💼🌍 We’re excited to spotlight our growing partnership with Con Edison, whose continued support is powering our green construction training program! Earlier this year, Con Edison visited ACI to see firsthand how their investment is creating opportunities in sustainable construction careers. Their team met our talented participants, seeing how they’re building the skills for a cleaner, more energy-efficient NYC. Last Friday, ACI's Executive Director met with U.S. Congressman Ritchie Torres at a Gotham Government Relations event, joined by our partner, The Skyline Charitable Foundation! 🌆 We had a fantastic time sharing the impact of ACI’s workforce development programs, which support New Yorkers on their career paths. With over 25% of our participants coming from the Bronx, it’s essential for us to stay connected with local leaders and keep Bronx residents' needs front and center. Andriana V.
