A major highlight of the Training Workshop Program every year is the Annual Planning Awards. The APA Federal Planning Division invites federal agencies, consultants, and other entities to submit nominations online (nominations are for FY2024 which are awarded in 2025). This year, the Planner Awards will focus on Projects, Places, and People. Individuals and organizations will be recognized for their outstanding achievements on the evening of Wednesday, 2 April 2025 at the Westin Westminster during the Awards Program presentation. Award nominations deadline is Tuesday, 31 December 2024. It's awards season! Our call for entries is live, and we need volunteer jurors to help us judge our membership's best work! Submit your best work from now through 31 December 2024. Details on the submission process are posted at https://lnkd.in/gzRj2t5M To be a juror, email awards@fpdtrainingworkshop.com by 10 November with the following information: - Name and any professional credentials - Length of time in the planning profession - Current/last position and employer (up to three years ago) - Identify potential conflicts of interest if known - Short, 200-word bio and statement of interest - Description of your career and any history of involvement within FPD
