By the Numbers: A Snapshot of ARELLO’s 2024 Impact This year’s achievements reflect our dedication to outreach, education, and engagement: ✈️ 23,000+ miles traveled as part of Operation Outreach. 🧠 700+ attendees across five in-person events. 📈 219% increase in new members compared to 2023, thanks to targeted outreach. 🖥️ 1,000+ registrants for virtual webinars, info shares, and town halls. 🎓 410 instructors obtained or renewed their CDEI certifications. 📚 751 educational courses approved, including 306 new submissions and 445 recertifications. After combing through 1,100 complaints during his 11-year tenure with the Commission, TREC Chief Investigator Roy Minton wins Investigator of the Year for a second time. The first win was in 2019.
