This week as part of rural outreach to small and mid-sized enterprises, I visited Sleeve Seal https://lnkd.in/gGPzzvjr located in south Little Rock, Arkansas. Sleeve Seal creates seamless shrink sleeves that conform tightly to the shape of any container, offering eye-catching branding and is focused on developing intelligent labeling equipment and systems while maintaining its “customer service first” attitude. Sleeve Seal was born out of GC Evans, a leading name in the food packaging industry since 1949. Starting with hot water solution heaters, GC Evans has grown to include everything from pasteurizing tunnels to conveyor systems. GC Evans now produces unique solutions for some of the world’s largest food manufacturers, both here in the US and abroad. From this history of success and the engineering knowledge base of GC Evans, Sleeve Seal has become the industry leader for the fastest, most highly evolved shrink sleeve, roll-fed, and pressure sensitive labelers in the world. The company currently exports to Mexico & Canada and is receiving consulting from the U.S. Export Assistance Center Little Rock part of the U.S. Commercial Service – International Trade Administration to create a long-term global export strategy that will help it prioritize the best markets for it to expand its export sales and using the Website Globalization Review service.
