Building AccountScout + ConnectedGTM | Going deep in the HubSpot ecosystem 🧡

Most sales teams can't answer these simple questions about what happens when they're not "in the room" with a prospect. → Is my champion getting internal buy-in? → Are there other stakeholders engaged in the process? Using a digital sales room makes it easy to both clearly package enablement that helps your champion sell internally AND makes it possible to see who's engaging, with what, and when. If you don't have a clear view of how prospect engagement impacts deal momentum and revenue, here's how to build a simple dashboard in HubSpot: 1. Create a new "Sales Room Performance" dashboard 2. Install Arrows from the HubSpot marketplace (yes they sponsored this post, but trust me, after working there for 2.5 years I know the team has built one of the most deeply native HubSpot apps out there) and their latest launch of AI-powered sales rooms is a big win for sales teams running on HubSpot. 3. Build out these 7 reports to track how prospect engagement is driving revenue: → REPORT 1: DAYS TO CLOSE WITH SALES ROOMS → REPORT 2: AVERAGE CLOSED REVENUE → REPORT 3: TOTAL CLOSED REVENUE → REPORT 4: SALES ROOM VIEWS BY OPEN DEALS → REPORT 5: SALES ROOM VIEWS BY SALES REP → REPORT 6: SALES ROOM VIEWS BY PIPELINE STAGE → REPORT 7: LAST ACTIVITY VS ROOM ENGAGEMENT Want the full step-by-step for building each report? I just published deep dive on using Arrows AI-powered sales rooms to drive deal momentum in HubSpot on ConnectedGTM 👉 https://lnkd.in/eXbGDPbW The best part? Arrows Intelligence ✨ suggests updates you can make with one-click to move your deals forward based on context from call recordings and notes in the HubSpot deal - so your sales rooms stay current without reps having to dig through scattered notes and call transcripts. Ultimately, having visibility into how your champions and stakeholders engage when you're not in the room during the sales process sales helps identify bottlenecks early and highlights opportunities to improve deal velocity.

Head of Customer Experience at Arrows

There are two questions I’d love to never ask again… 1. What did this customer actually buy? 2. What was talked about during sales? Why? Because the more time I spend on that, the less time I’m spending on actually helping that customer get the value they just paid for. Arrows sales rooms not only empower your sales teams to close deals faster, they also empower your internal teams to help those customers get going faster. Our AI-powered suggestions make sure that all the important details from your sales notes, emails and call-recordings are all captured in the sales room. And the seamless connection between sales rooms and onboarding plans ensure your CS teams know exactly who that customer is and what they need to get going. So stop spending times asking questions and start spending time setting your customers up for immediate success with Arrows sales rooms.

Kill your “next steps” email | CEO @ Arrows.to 💘

Even when you're not thinking about a specific deal... Arrows is. 🚀 Today we're launching Arrows Intelligence + Suggestions. You know that feeling after a great sales call? Everything went perfectly. The prospect is excited. Then comes the part everyone hates: "I'll send over next steps." 😅 ⏰ 20-30 minutes later, you're still digging through notes, recordings, and HubSpot trying to package everything up. ✨ We just cut that down to 2-3 minutes. 🤖 Arrows now watches all activity in HubSpot and automatically suggests updates to keep your deals moving: – Next steps from your last call – Case studies you mentioned – Resources you promised to share – Trial links you meant to send 👆 One click, and it's all packaged in a single link for your buyer. 🪄 The best part? Arrows keeps doing this even when you're not thinking about specific deals. No more forgetting. No more manual updates. No more "next steps" emails buried in inboxes. Just happier buyers who always know what's next. 💫 Check it out at https://Arrows.to

Hot take: a SaaS tool claiming 'HubSpot integration' is like a restaurant saying they have 'food.' 😬 Cool. But what kind? How good is it? And most importantly—why should anyone care? ⚡ When a product says they integrate with 15 different CRMs, here's what they're not telling you: Each integration gets about 1/15th of their engineering resources focused on integrations. Just enough to check the box on their features list. 🎯 At Arrows, we made a different choice. We put nearly all our integration muscle behind one CRM—HubSpot. So much so, HubSpot themselves is a customer. Here's what happens when you go all-in: 💪 We build deeper than anyone else • We have 5 different types of dynamic App Cards you can install in HubSpot, depending on what your team needs • Over 50+ calculated datapoints sync in real-time to HubSpot properties (use them to power pipeline tags, workflow automations, and reports) • Sales rooms connect to deals, Onboarding plans connect to deal/ticket/custom object pipelines—all while your customers get a simple UI • Timeline events on the record in HubSpot • Forms in Arrows can sync data directly to properties in HubSpot • Your tasks can dynamically branch off of properties in HubSpot • You can sync files from tasks in Arrows to attachments in HubSpot • You can dynamically set due dates based on properties in HubSpot • Your revops team doesn't have to do tedious property mapping—it's just one-click to create the properties you need • You can dynamically set roles based on Owner properties in HubSpot • And so much more that I'm forgetting 😰😰 🏠 Your data lives where it belongs Instead of building fancy dashboards and replicating pipeline UIs inside Arrows, we push everything into HubSpot. Why? Because that's where your team actually works. We're not trying to pull you away from your CRM. We're making your CRM more powerful. ✨ The magic of singular focus As a customer, you feel the benefits because Arrows feels like a natural extension of HubSpot in a way that has to be felt to be believed. We can only achieve this because every features we build is designed through the lens of "How does this affect our HubSpot integration?" We only serve HubSpot customers today, so they're the only ones we're building for (including HubSpot themselves! 😎). 🤔 Could we build lightweight integrations for every CRM out there? Sure. But we'd rather be amazing at one thing than mediocre at everything. Sometimes the best product decisions are about what you won't do. For us, that means being the best damn HubSpot integration in the game. Everything else is a distraction. 🚀 And we're just getting started. The deeper we go with HubSpot, the more interesting things get. (More on that next week... 👀)

  • ⚡ Here's exactly how OutboundSync fixed their scattered sales follow-up process & compressed their sales cycle You know the pain 🚑 - Important details buried in inboxes - Previous conversations lost in email threads - Champions struggling to share info internally 🔄 Harris Kenny (Founder) tried everything - emails, texts, even built their own solution in HubSpot! Nothing worked. So they tried something different → dedicated Arrows sales rooms for every prospect🚪 Now: ✅ All critical info lives in one clean space ✅ Champions easily share with buying committees ✅ Security teams engage earlier in the process The result? Compressed sales cycles for mid-market deals & a more customer-centric buying process. Want to see the full story? Watch the video in the comments below 👇

Attributing outbound for teams running HubSpot and Salesforce.

I had the privilege of getting early access to Arrows' new Rooms product—digital sales rooms with a deep HubSpot integration. We use Arrows for onboarding, so this was a no-brainer. We've been using it for a few months and quite simply, it is helping me sell better. We are compressing the sales cycle. And my follow-up emails actually enable prospects to TAKE ACTION. In particular, I'm finding that deals with a lot of momentum move faster because we're equipping our champion with the information they need to make the case for why OutboundSync will level up their outbound efforts. We sell a complex product. And most of the sell happens when we're not in the room and they're having internal conversations about it. When people SEE the benefit of syncing their outbound activities, being able to attribute revenue by campaign, and adding omnichannel outreach like phones, it gets a lot easier to convince them to TRY it. Then they roll right into a nice, clean, step-by-step onboarding plan. Allan at Arrows was kind enough to write up a full case study on how we use it.
