Advancer of Well-Being in the Workplace | Multiplier of Triple Bottom Line ROI | Creating spaces for individuals, teams and organizations to thrive is my super power

Last night's ATD Rocky Mountain Chapter holiday social was deeply energizing for me! What a special opportunity to connect with both old and new friends and colleagues. Had some fun, fascinating conversations about: 💡the future of work and HR 💡the importance of authentic presence and connection 💡the struggles of being a solo entrepreneur 💡the evolution of mindfulness, well-being and emotional intelligence 💡frustration with LinkedIn "gatekeeping" content 💡and so much more! Insightful discussions, great food and beverages, and revelery! I needed that! My cup is full! #grateful
