About us

Atoma Network is a next generation decentralised network focused on verifiable inference. It allows Web3 smart contracts on major blockchains to integrate seamlessly with an intelligence layer. In the rapidly changing landscape of AI, it is crucial that these models are accessible and accurate. Blockchain execution layers (i.e EVM, SVM, MoveVM) lack optimization and horsepower for demanding operations such as AI inference which requires specialized hardware GPUs. Atoma Network comes in to bridge the infrastructure gap for enhancing Web3 dApps through our decentralized compute layer. Atoma Network is built for verifiable AI inference using the modular stack approach and establishing a decentralized network of nodes that execute resource-intensive computations such as AI inference. It leverages our novel consensus mechanism to minimize replication costs witnessed on major blockchains. The success of Atoma Network depends on the quality of AI models it hosts and the intention is to foster the creation of more performant open-source AI models. For safety, there will be rigorous model verification and testing process before new models can be deployed.
