OPEN, an AVI-SPL Employee Resource Group (ERG), is dedicated to advocating for an inclusive and respectful work environment for employees of all sexual orientations and gender identities. 🌈 In June, as part of their celebration of Pride Month, they raised over $1,000 for The Trevor Project, the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ youth. This committed group regularly gets together for scheduled virtual happy hours in addition to their routine ERG meetings.
