The Azymmetric 2024 overview on US defense innovation adoption challenges culminated from the great work of Atlantic Council, Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) & Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Reflecting on our time at the Stanford University Conference, one of the biggest takeaways for us was how vital collaboration is in the defense tech space. The keynote speeches, especially from Anduril Industries’ CEO and a leading military commander, emphasized the importance of innovation and partnerships between the public and private sectors. It’s clear that in order to drive real progress in national security, the private and public sector need to work together.
