Barnard Wilson Joint Venture (BWJV) brings together Barnard Construction Company Inc., based in Bozeman, Mont., and Wilson Construction Co., based in Canby, Oregon, to deliver the TransWest Express (TWE) Transmission Project. Collectively, BWJV’s personnel have completed many of the industry’s largest high-voltage projects over the last three decades. Both companies specialize in constructing and upgrading overhead and underground transmission and distribution infrastructure, with extensive experience working with public and private utilities throughout California and the Western U.S. Having earned national partnering excellence awards for large-scale utility projects, the members of BWJV bring a culture of collaboration and innovation to the TWE Project. Key subcontractors Electrical Consultants Inc., RBJ Engineering Corporation and SWCA Environmental Consultants add engineering and environmental excellence to BWJV’s team.
