It is my distinct honor to welcome Jodi M. Frank to the Bask Suncare team—known internally as the Baskforce. Jodi and I first worked together over a decade ago, building what was once Trunk Club. Though life eventually led us to opposite coasts, one thing has always remained true when I thought about the sales team there: the name Jodi Frank is synonymous with excellence. But what makes Jodi truly remarkable is more than her consistent top performance. It’s her warmth, her great humor, and her building of community wherever she goes. Month after month, she achieved the highest sales rankings, yet always found time to invest in friendships, mentor others, and create a culture that lifts everyone up. Put simply, Jodi exudes collaboration over competition which is super rare in high achieving high performers. When Jodi considered rolling up her sleeves to join us at this early stage, I was extremely flattered (had to pick my jaw up off the floor when Megan Finn, a Bask Advisory Board Member, made the reconnection). Now, it’s not only a privilege but a daily inspiration to build alongside her and watch that unique balance of grit and teamwork in action. We’re working hard AND having fun doing it.
