Having the right insurance program only helps mitigate risk, not prevent it. I had the pleasure of attending Aon’s annual insurance symposium in Orlando last week, which attracted 1,500+ clients and underwriters, both domestic and off-shore. While there is a myriad of challenges owners face in securing the best policies for their assets, we continue to be impressed with the integration of analytics AON incorporates to better understand exposure and mitigation alternatives. At BH Properties, we have been fortunate to have limited claims, partly due to a product and geographic diverse portfolio that underwriters find attractive, leading to a number of alternative programs available to us.  #AON #BHProperties #CREInsurance

This Holiday Season, BH Properties was proud to once again give back to those in need in the Philippines. With our local staff in attendance and in partnership with the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International, rice and grocery items were distributed to 150 families from two barangays in Makati, Philippines. Families also enjoyed local favorite Jollibee meals. May the coming year bring you peace and comfort. #Thankful 

BH Properties is happy to continue a tradition started in 2021 of sending Balikbayan boxes filled with gifts, food and supplies, some of which were not available locally, to our remote staff in the Philippines.
