She develops and tests recipes, collaborates with internal teams to launch new products, and manages specifications like allergens and nutrition to ensure every item meets customer expectations. Jessica crafts innovative products that align with BIGGBY® COFFEE's seasonal and strategic plans, keeping our offerings fresh and exciting. By conducting market analyses, Jessica ensures that BIGGBY® stays ahead of the curve with products customers will love. She develops and tests new recipes, sourcing ingredients to create unforgettable BIGGBY® experiences. Outside of work, Jessica likes to spend time with her family, experiment with new recipes, tend to her garden, get lost in a good book, and play board games with friends and family. **Employee Spotlight: Doug Kerry** Today, we’re excited to introduce Doug Kerry, one of our dedicated Process Coaches at BIGGBY® COFFEE! Doug plays an essential role in ensuring that new BIGGBY® locations are set up for success, as well as maintaining the operational standards across existing stores. As a Process Coach, Doug is responsible for traveling to new BIGGBY® locations to facilitate training during store openings and to ensure that brand standards are upheld. From training new operators to conducting store evaluations, Doug is key to helping our franchise owners and teams thrive. Doug provides hands-on training for new operators, helping them master BIGGBY® operating systems and best practices. He assists in maintaining and updating training materials to ensure that our team has access to the most up-to-date and effective resources. Doug provides ongoing training to store teams to ensure compliance with BIGGBY® standards, helping stores offer the best possible experience to their customers. Outside of work Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and two pitbull pups, loud music, good coffee, and great food! Doug’s role is essential to the growth and development of BIGGBY® COFFEE.
