🚶♀️🌟 Mary & Joseph's Remarkable Journey to Bethlehem 🌟🚶♂️ Did you know their trip from Nazareth to Bethlehem was around 90 miles? That’s like walking from Houston to Galveston and back—while very pregnant! 🤰 Here’s what makes their journey so incredible: ✨ Although the journey could theoretically take 4 days - It likely took 7-10 days, as Mary’s advanced pregnancy slowed their pace. ✨ They traveled through flatlands, rugged terrain, steep hills, and rocky paths, possibly facing cold nights and rain. ✨ To avoid danger, like threats from bandits or wild animals they likely stuck to safer routes along the Jordan River instead of cutting through Samaria. ✨ And that famous donkey? The Bible doesn’t mention it! Mary might have walked most of the way (can you imagine?), possibly with a cart or pack animal to carry supplies.
