I run a 7-figure ecommerce growth agency and have worked with 100+ ecom brands. My biggest advice to agency owners? Focus on delivering results first, and signing more clients second. This becomes even more important when scaling. If you focus on client results: → Clients stay way longer (and refer clients to you) → You gain amazing case studies to sign more clients → Your acquisition costs are way lower If you don’t focus on client results: → You’ll fall into the cycle of churn and burn → Within a few years your brand will be ruined → You’ll be stressed AF Delivering results to clients will always be more important than signing more clients. Don’t chase short-term rapid growth at the cost of results. Long-term sustainable growth always wins.
