As part of BNY's #BlackHistoryMonth programming, we hosted a series of fireside chats with leaders across the financial services industry, including Laide Majiyagbe, BNY's Global Head of Liquidity, Financing and Collateral, and Darrin Williams, CEO of Southern Bancorp. The conversations touched on a number topics covering leadership, personal journeys, creating pathways through mentorship and sponsors, and the importance of BNY's collaboration with community banks and how we help empower local economies.
