The Bronx District Attorney is committed to serving the over 1.4 million members of the Bronx County community through the Office’s groundbreaking mission of “Pursuing Justice with Integrity” by fulfilling our duty to victims and providing fairness to defendants. We are looking for a diverse staff that reflects the community we serve. The Bronx District Attorney’s Office seeks law students for its summer internship program. The eight-week program will take place during the Summer of 2025, commencing on June 2, 2025. Interns work full-time, in-person, Mondays through Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Interns are assigned to a specific bureau within the Office. Assistant District Attorneys are given considerable responsibility early in their careers. Once proficient, Assistant District Attorneys handle serious and complex cases. Assistant District Attorneys must abide by a commitment of three years of initial service to the Office of the District Attorney. Assistant District Attorneys are routinely required to perform evening, night, weekend, and holiday assignments and to respond, on a 24-hour basis, to crime scenes, police precincts, and booking facilities. I am thrilled to share a couple of milestones in my last year of law school. The internship at the Rockland District Attorney's Office under a Senior ADA in the Special Victims Division, continously reinforces my passion for serving and protecting vulnerable communities. I’m also incredibly excited to announce in the semester, I have accepted a job offer from the Bronx County District Attorney Office as an ADA. Their mission, "Safer Bronx through Fair Justice," truly resonates with me, and I am eager to contribute to their important work. Their office is known for its dedication and community outreach programs that empowers victims and fosters trust within the community. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to my family. Their unwavering support and encouragement have been my cornerstone of my journey. From early on they have instilled me compassion, values of justice and helping those in need. My family and friend has been my greatest motivator. Throughout my journey, I knew that being a prosecutor and advocating for victims was my calling. I am eager for the next chapter ahead!!
