PRESS RELEASE 📢 BT4Europe Welcomes European Commission's Proposal on Digital Declarations for Posted Workers 🚀 BT4Europe, the European Network of Business Travel Associations, supports the European Commission’s initiative to introduce a digital declaration system for posted workers as a step toward simplifying cross-border business travel. However, there’s more to be done! 🌍✈️ We call for: ✅ Mandatory exemptions for short-term business trips to reduce unnecessary red tape. ✅ Uniform digitization across Member States for a truly harmonized system. ✅ Concrete reductions in bureaucracy to achieve the EU’s 25% administrative burden reduction target. His strong commitment to the Green Deal and decarbonizing transport—goals that align with our mission—underscores the vital roles of transport, tourism, and business travel in advancing Europe’s economic vitality and competitiveness.
