Looking for a break from the traditional couple-focused content flooding your newsfeed? This Valentine's Day, we're shaking things up! We've partnered with British heartthrob Aaron Pierre to bring a new perspective to the holiday--celebrating not just romance, but also singles by bringing a little bit of cheeky lightheartedness to the day. As our second Valentine's Day Cover Star, Aaron shares exclusive insights on love, vulnerability, and the power of authentic connections. 💬💛 Building on the excitement from last year's Valentine’s Day Card featuring Barry Keoghan, this year’s card is all about reminding people that dating can, and should be fun. Aaron's POV: "If you’re dating at the moment, my best advice is to look out for energy that matches your own and the rest will fall into place.” Check out the video here: https://lnkd.in/eqS8X-2T #ValentinesDay #dating #connections

New research from the Institute for Women's Policy Research shows that most workers want reproductive healthcare access, covered by their employers—and many are willing to move across state lines in order to get it. At Bumble Inc., we’ve long championed protecting and advancing access to reproductive health care. We’re excited to announce that Elizabeth M., our Chief Legal Officer, will be speaking at SXSW 2025 in Bumble's hometown of Austin on March 9th from 11:30am-12:30pm CT alongside Nancy Northup, President & CEO of the Center for Reproductive Rights, Dr. Jamila K. Taylor, President & CEO of Institute for Women's Policy Research, and Chelsea Clinton, moderated by Rachel Scott of ABC News. The session, Reproductive Freedom: Good for Workers, Good for Business, will explore the evolving legal landscape, tools for companies to navigate the complex operating environment, and how local leaders are fighting to protect their constituents. We’re excited to spotlight our final set of 2024 Next Movers, Ludymila Lobo de Aguiar Gomes and Surayya Walters. Read more on what fuels their passion for change and how this program is helping them amplify and scale their impact. Ludymila Lobo, Tech Community Leader, GDG (Brazil) 🇧🇷: Ludymila organizes events, courses, and career fairs to promote diversity and inclusion in technology, emphasizing the empowerment of women in IT. 💪 Ludymila on making an impact: “We need more women as speakers, participants, and winners in competitions and hackathons. It's a cycle—without visible role models, young women choosing their careers have fewer opportunities to see inspiring stories and think, 'Hey, I can do this too'.” Surayya Walters, Founder, iDEIntity, (United States) 🇺🇸: iDEIntity brings diversity, equity, and inclusion to the startup ecosystem, as well as Innovanoire, an iDEIntity social initiative to help young women of color launch entrepreneurial careers and ventures. 🏔️Surayya on overcoming challenges: “I have overcome immense discrimination due to my race, age, and gender. It isn't easy to be a young, Black woman and trying to build a social impact tech company. However, instead of getting in the dumps and giving up, I decided to start a community for women of color who faced similar challenges.” Read the full Q&As: https://lnkd.in/em-TuQwU https://lnkd.in/emScCnyZ

We were so honored to be part of this campaign and it's rewarding to see it recognized at this year's #AnthemAwards. At Bumble, we believe in the right to choose and to exercise control over our bodies. The safety, privacy, and freedom of family planning are critical to equality for all—and that includes equitable access to abortion care. We will continue to encourage our corporate peers to join us in fully supporting the rights of employees and customers to make their own reproductive choices.
In March, Don’t Ban Equality signers collaborated to call on the business community to safeguard reproductive healthcare access via a powerful billboard in #NYC. In recognition of the billboard’s impact, Don’t Ban Equality was selected as a Winner for the 4th Annual The Anthem Awards. Thank you to the participating brands, Bumble Inc., COS, Match Group, OkCupid, Tinder, Mejuri, Warner Music Group, Vimeo, Yelp, Amalgamated Bank, EILEEN FISHER, INC., E.L.F. BEAUTY, Patagonia, Deed, Ben & Jerry's, Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America, Lyft and Seventh Generation. This recognition would not be possible without Don’t Ban Equality partners: ACLU, Center for Reproductive Rights, National Women's Law Center, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Rhia Ventures, Beers With Friends 🍻, McPherson Strategies, and BSR. https://lnkd.in/dzbvMGda
