Last week I had a surreal experience being able to mentor students from my alma mater. I feel like I was just in their shoes! I met with the BYU Marketing Association to talk about my career journey and BambooHR sales. Two years ago, jumping into sales was a huge career shift for me, but so natural at the same time due to the passion I had for our product and the way Bamboo's leadership supported me in the transition (special thanks to Kellan, Jesse, Cameron, and Courtney).
