Types a variety of orders and other legal documents, enters case information into the computer, follows-up on documents or actions due by attorneys and other parties, and performs other tasks related to processing probate cases. Deputy Court Clerk (Warrant Division) for District Court performs a variety of complex clerical tasks involved in processing civil, criminal and traffic and collection cases. Provides information and assistance to law enforcement officers, attorneys, defendants, and court patrons. This position is responsible for program administration, strategic planning, and departmental leadership. Probation Case Manager - conducts investigations and prepares reports to assist the bench in determining the most appropriate sentencing of individuals brought before the court. Develops and implements treatment plans for individuals placed on probation in an effort to rehabilitate and prevent future violations. Supervises an active probation case load. On November 27, we honored two incredible leaders as they retire from the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office after decades of dedicated service. Chief Deputy Jail Administrator Dave Tendziegloski is retiring after 26 ½ years of service, and Captain Tracey Chambers is retiring after 28 ½ years of service. Together, they have contributed over 55 years of combined service, setting a remarkable example of leadership and dedication.
