Caliber 1 Construction is proud to showcase our recent renovation of a 4,200-square-foot space at Mansell Crossing in Alpharetta, GA for an international furniture chain! This remodel transformed the existing tenant space in just under two months. The project included the demolition of existing walls, ceilings, ductwork, and lighting, followed by the installation of a striking Caleidoscope ceiling system, new ductwork, upgraded lighting, modern flooring, and a new HVAC system. Externally, the updates featured refreshed doors, storefront improvements, and painting, giving the space a clean, contemporary appeal, and delivering a polished, reimagined environment. The newly completed freestanding Chipotle Mexican Grill transforms an untouched shell into a dynamic and functional space with a dedicated pickup window. The interior design integrates thoughtfully crafted walls, floors, and ceilings, alongside modern furniture, fixtures, state-of-the-art equipment, and custom casework. The layout ensures accessibility, featuring fully compliant restrooms. On the exterior, the project introduces sleek building tenant signage, as well as distinctive signage for the pickup window, complementing the patio area outfitted with railings and contemporary furnishings. These enhancements blends functionality with aesthetic appeal, offering a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
