Join us on June 4th at 2:30pm for our event as part of CanArbWeek. Details are included in the flyer below. The event is free to all YCAP members. To register, please use the link that was set to the YCAP membership by email yesterday. The event contains two exciting parts. First, Donny Surtani, Chris Milburn CPA, CMA, CBV and Inkoo Lee, CPA, CFA, CBV will present the results of the 2021-2023 YCAP/Secretariat Costs Survey. A panel discussion will follow that shines light on different perspectives and key issues with respect to costs in arbitration. The panel will be moderated by Ekin D. Cinar and the panelists are Stephanie Cohen, Hugh Meighen, Geoff Moysa and Paul Di Pietro. YCAP Members are also welcome to stay for the afternoon program (TCAS panel and the closing reception sponsored by Baker McKenzie).
