Hard to believe it, but as we enter year #4 of Canworks our 6th Hinterkopf GmbH printer arrived safely today and is sitting in our expanded 40,000 sq ft plant in Austin. Thanks to all involved in helping us get to this point!

No, you aren't seeing triple. We know those pesky lead times have been getting longer so we have decided to add three additional printers in the coming months to bring our total to 8 AND double our Austin facility from 19,000 sq ft to 38,000 sq ft.! New printers to Austin. New printers to Vista, CA. New printers to ATL. Should we consider a new location?!

Recently, I had the chance to have some fun with a beer design for the team and I over at Canworks. The goal was to create a design that conveys all that we do at Canworks. I present to you, Basecoat Brew! From the metallics to the seamlessly wrapped background image, this can shows off many of the amazing things we can achieve in digital print on a beverage can. Happy three year anniversary to us!! Time flies when you’re printing cans. We couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve accomplished in these three short years. We’ve been able to work with some of the best brands and breweries in North America and have had the opportunity to help bring some AMAZING artwork to life. Most importantly, we’ve been able to ensure tons of plastics didn’t find their way into market and eventually landfills, oceans, rivers, etc. THAT is what Canworks is all about. None of this would have been possible without the hardest working bunch of employees on the planet. To each of you across the U.S., THANK YOU! To those customers that believed in us and our vision years ago, we wouldn’t be here without you and look forward to many more years working together. We aren’t done yet!
