This 1-hour introductory education course focuses on five simple steps to identify an individual’s circle of care and collaboratively work together to plan for their care requirements.  FREE for people living or working in Country SA, via funding from Country SA PHN This course is for all members of the community and there is no requirement for training or experience within the health or palliative care space. Whilst not directly targeted to health professionals, we welcome the attendance of everyone interested in these areas.
