  • It's time for the Team of Year Award! This award is given to the department that works well together and with other departments. They possess a feeling of pride and loyalty, and work towards a common goal with a team-spirited approach. This team is the backbone of Carmel and does more than any of us even realize. From working early mornings and late nights, the team members in this department still have a smile on their face while they keep Carmel looking spiffy. Their manager has done a wonderful job rallying the team- which is a team of incredible, hardworking and diligent team members. This year’s Team of the Year Award Back of House goes to the Housekeeping team!

  • Last year, our long-time HR Generalist, Kim Agro, retired. She was such a wonderful cheerleader and support system for our team, that our annual Team Member of the Year award was named after her. This year, she came to present the award to the first recipient, Carly Scheve Team Member of the Year (Front of House). Carly embodies the club functions here at Carmel and truly creates wonderful memories for the membership. She is always a friendly face for everyone and has so much spirit and passion for the youth activities and camps. Carly represents Carmel and the events department in the best ways and has done an amazing job elevating our Youth Program. She is loved by the membership and fellow team members. She is always nailing it with events, is very thoughtful, and kind. This Club would not function without this team member, from planning and executing all youth activities and camp and club events to stepping in wherever needed and everything in between, she is a huge asset to Carmel!

  • This team member is always trying to better Carmel. She is such a handworker and inspires us with everything she does with communication here at Carmel. She shows up every day with a positive and can-do attitude, willing to help any and every one, no matter the task. She works diligently to meet deadlines, creates amazing content for our team and for our members (keeping them happy!), and has the utmost patience when asked for 10 takes for Month-In-A- Minute. She has worked tirelessly to help launch the new website and has continued to make sure every Member and Team Member who reaches out get the help they need. She lends a hand or an ear to anyone who stops by from Members who need to make a copy, to Team Members who need to make last minute changes to the Carmeline. She is a team player through and through. Her positive energy and team first attitude sets an example for all of us. If you haven’t guessed by now, our 2024 Rookie of the Year Back of House goes to Caiti Lieberman!
