As we near the end of Black History Month, Carrier celebrates the many ways our employees come together throughout February - and all year long - to contribute to a culture where everyone feels included. This year our Black History Month engagements were centered around the many remarkable achievements and contributions Black communities have made across the workforce throughout history. In honor of this theme, members of Carrier’s Black Alliance (CBA) Employee Resource Group, including allies across our global organization, engaged in panel discussions led by Black professionals from various industries to share their career journeys and to explore professional and personal perspectives relevant to all our employees. Our CBA members also volunteered with community partners that positively influence careers for Black professionals. Thank you to our dedicated members of the CBA and our engaging guest speakers for your contributions toward creating a workplace where everyone feels they truly #_belong.

With all fire zones in Southern California now fully contained, Good360 is ramping up efforts for long-term recovery. Thanks to Carrier’s donation of 5,000 air purifiers, families impacted by the wildfires will have access to cleaner indoor air as they rebuild.
