The Three Kings made a final stop at the School Age Program (SAP) last Friday. Each child in the program received a surprise gift from the Kings, and shared laughs with them, too. Thanks to Saúl Pagan and Roberto Arroyo (members of Casa Central’s Emerging Leaders Auxiliary Board), and Miguel Paloma (Senior Services Marketing Specialist) for making this annual event great and bringing cheer to our participants. On Friday, the Three Kings visited the Early Learning Academy, Center-Based program! With a message of holiday fun, community and sharing, each child received a gift from the visitors. On Friday, participants at the Adult Wellness Center (AWC) had a holiday party! Santa Claus was there to hand out special gifts from the Holiday Magic program to each participant. And of course, the afternoon included a music and dance party among all the beautiful decorations and costumes. Casa Central gives special thanks to everyone who donated to our Holiday Magic program. Casa Central recognized and honored our Home Care Aides last Friday. The event included presentations and thank-you messages from managers, and each Home Care Aide was awarded a certificate for their hard work from Martin R. Castro, Casa Central’s President & CEO. After the ceremony, the entire group was treated to lunch, with music and a chance to mingle and celebrate the holidays with friends and colleagues. Casa Central, our participants, their families, and the community give a sincere thanks for the dedication of every one of our Home Care Aides.
