In this session, they will discuss the importance of a clear mission, methods of data collection, ways to analyze/sort/present information, how to use evidence to make decisions that align with mission/goals, methods of presentation that will help you make your case, and the importance of knowing in advance why you’re doing something and how you will determine if you’re successful.
