👋 Meet Teri Vos, the Director of Work-Based Learning with WorkSMART Connector in Marion County, a business-education partnership creating pathways for area youth into local careers. We asked her a few questions about her commitment to the board and strengthening Central Iowa's workforce: 💬 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘆 "𝘆𝗲𝘀" 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗜𝗪𝗗𝗕?
