  • "As a real estate specialist, I am committed to providing outstanding service and exceptional results. I am passionate about San Antonio’s growth and revitalization, and my 30-year history in the local real estate market translates into dedication, knowledge, and approachability. My personal interest in center-city real estate, traditional neighborhoods, and especially downtown San Antonio began nearly 50 years ago when I established a multi-faceted real estate company with downtown visionary Arthur “Hap” Veltman. I later joined the exclusive team of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty as a Broker Associate, where I highlight properties that include modern high-rise condominiums, desirable historic neighborhoods, and mixed-use spaces full of premier dining, shopping, and the arts. I navigate transactions seamlessly with demonstrated market knowledge and strategic negotiation skills. Recognizing the importance of history and culture in my city, I am actively involved with organizations that promote the quality of life in our community. As a member of the Centro San Antonio Board, I continually work to make our Downtown safe, beautiful, and vibrant. As a host for SERVAS, an international peace organization, I open my home to international guests interested in San Antonio’s heritage and culture. I am also a Trustee of the Awesome Foundation, providing monthly grants to projects that make San Antonio more creative and interesting. My husband and I are strong supporters of the arts: I serve on the music group SOLI Ensemble board and am an avid guest at Agarita performances as well as the San Antonio Philharmonic. We have raised two wonderful sons who share our interests in business and culture." - Debra Maltz It is with great pleasure that we welcome Debra Maltz to the Centro Membership Board. As a valued and familiar partner, Debra's increased involvement will undoubtedly enhance our collective efforts to maintain a clean, safe, and thriving Downtown San Antonio.
