#EtudeClinique Cerba Xpert, CRO du Groupe Cerba HealthCare, a reçu un avis favorable pour être promoteur de l’étude 🔬 clinique #PREGIFERON mise en place dans le cadre du RHU COVIFERON ( Institut Imagine, bioMérieux, Quanterix et les Hospices Civils de Lyon - HCL). Cette étude clinique menée en partenariat avec le service de gynécologie-obstétrique de l’Hôpital de Pontoise, doit rassembler 250 femmes enceintes 🤰 et permettre d’actualiser les connaissances scientifiques 👩🔬 sur le passage transplacentaire des auto-anticorps anti-interféron alpha. Les résultats 📊 collectés pendant 18 mois 📆 devraient démontrer que la transmission materno-fœtale de ces auto-anticorps expose les nouveau-nés 👶 à des infections virales plus sévères permettant ainsi d'adapter leur prise en charge.
