This Thanksgiving season, we’re reflecting on the importance of giving back to the communities we serve. Earlier this month, our CG Schmidt Arizona team came together to enhance the children’s play area at Desert Breeze Community Church by building a new fort structure for their Children’s Ministry. Through this project, we aimed to create a space where kids can play, grow, and make lasting memories. We're grateful for the opportunity to support our community and proud of our team for making a meaningful impact.

Revitalizing history in South Milwaukee! We collaborated with Zimmerman Architectural Studios, Inc. to transform the historic Bucyrus Club from a former factory into a vibrant multi-use community space. Now home to a restaurant, lounge, banquet facility, and museum, the Bucyrus Club stands as a cornerstone for the area, preserving the past while serving the future.

Last Saturday, Nicole Cuéllar and Isaac Maraspini joined the 8th Annual 5K For Hope hosted by Families Raising Hope at Rio Vista Community Park. We were proud to join the Racine community at the ribbon cutting for MALTWORKS at Belle City Square. Located within the historic Malt Mill building, MALTWORKS is now home to 55 versatile spaces for small businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs.
