🏗️ Exciting milestone for the University of Washington’s Seattle Campus! Mortenson, in collaboration with our project partners, has officially topped out the structural steel for our partner's new ICA Basketball Training Facility. 🏀 This state-of-the-art facility is set to elevate Husky student-athletes’ training and performance while attracting top-tier basketball talent nationwide. Designed with equity as a foundational principle, it features two 9,800 sq ft practice courts—one for men's and one for women's basketball—ensuring equal access and optimal environments for all athletes. The heart of the building? A “jewel box” recruiting space that anchors the center of the facility, symbolizing UW Athletics' commitment to fostering a world-class, inclusive environment for excellence in sports.

We've reached a major milestone with the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Center for the Healing Arts in Denver. The structural phase is complete, bringing us closer to opening this 25,000-square-foot cultural hub. Designed by Fentress Architects, it will feature a theater, dance studios, and educational spaces. We're proud to support CPRD in creating a vibrant space for artistic expression.
